Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Alpha Field Service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by Alpha Field Service ("we", "us", or "our").
Description of Service
Alpha Field Service is a software-as-a-service platform that provides customer management, quoting, recurring scheduling, mobile field operations, invoicing, and business intelligence tools for field-service businesses. The Service is currently in private beta and may change as we continue development.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for the business data you enter into the platform and for ensuring you have the right to store and process it.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to misuse or disrupt the platform, and not to attempt to access data belonging to other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Field Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
