Use completed Visit timing as an operational insight. Apply selected changes, or keep the review as insight for future recaps.
Pick the completed-Visit window to analyze. Times use your organization timezone so last week is never cut off by UTC.
Approved duration changes update the Job estimate, the Recurring Schedule estimate when present, and only future non-completed Visits. Approved spacing changes only push future timed Visits later when needed. Completed, canceled, in-progress, and Anytime Visits are not moved. Financial snapshots, actual start/complete history, quote approvals, invoices, and payments are never changed by this review.
